Review the project requirements, then generate a preliminary program &estimated project budget.
Review alternate systems & materials with the Architects/ Clients.
Prepare schematic designs comprised of layout plans as many as, may be required asatisfactory solution is reached.
Prepare development documents based on the Architect approved schematic design. The following documents are furnished upon completion of the design (Depends on Architect’s requirements)
1. Drawings 2. Cost estimate of total project 3. Specifications of materials
